As our Lenten journey concludes, the week leading up to Easter is full of tradition and meaning - whether we are online or in person.
Children and Families!
There is a Holy Week in a box just for you to help make Holy Week meaningful, in an age appropriate way, for your family.
Click on the day of the week below to see what's being offered and join us!
Palm Sunday is the beginning of Holy Week that traditionally begins with a parade and celebrative cries of "Hosanna!"
This year Palm Sunday is also the beginning of our two 10:00am worship options: in-person worship in the Sanctuary and online streaming. Check out our Regathering Page for more information.
Families are able to pick up their Holy Week in a Box today at church (CLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR YOUR BOX).

Covenant World Relief & Development Annual Offering
The global mission focus for Easter is Covenant World Relief and Development (CWRD), the humanitarian aid ministry of the Evangelical Covenant Church. CWRD contributes aid and funds around the
world in areas of disaster relief and community development for the most needy and vulnerable people
in the world.
Every year First Covenant Church participates in raising funds for Covenant World Relief and
Development. This year the annual offering will occur as part of our Easter worship on Sunday, April 4th .
CWRD partners with local ministries to tackle several initiatives:
- Community Development: seeking to build healthy, thriving communities by investing in agriculture, clean water, education, micro-enterprise, women’s empowerment, and other ways.
- Disaster Response: immediate response to disasters as well as long-term recovery and rebuilding by working with partners around the world.
- Partnership Development: partnering with local organizations around the world who are experts in the communities being served. Examples include vocational training for women in Congo; refugee health and medical care in many parts of the world through Medical Teams International; access to clean water through partnership with Project Blue.
Projects funded by CWR are designed to be sustainable over the long term, involving training and empowering local people to sustain the work. Disaster relief teams are positioned around the world and ready to respond immediately in the event of disaster, both domestic and international.
CWRD is administered by individuals in the Evangelical Covenant Church. Overhead costs are relatively low and ensure that 100% of every gift goes directly to CWR, with at least 90% of every gift going directly to ministry projects.
