OFFICE COORDINATOR

24 hours a week (Tuesday - Thursday)

The Office Coordinator (OC) position is responsible for assisting with the administrative functions of First Covenant Church of Saint Paul. As the first point of contact for guests and partners, the OC plays a key role in the life of the church. Duties include coordination of partner and congregation program needs, managing church information & reporting, and working with the Operations Administrator, Pastoral and Ministry Team to ensure smooth operations for the FCC congregation.

BOOKKEEPER / HR

Up to 5 hours a week (flexible schedule)

The Bookkeeper works with the Finance Team to maintain an efficient and ethical process that follows sound accounting principles, oversees day-to-day financial operations and assists with HR related matters. This position may be combined with the Office Coordinator role.
