Welcome to our Birmingham Service Learning Trip page! As we get closer to our departure, we will continue to post resources, links, and forms for you to fill out on this page.
All attendees need to create a YouthWorks account.
Once you have created your YouthWorks (YW) account, you can fill out your own YW participant release form and other documents.

Note: all adults and high school graduates should choose "adult leader".
Current students can begin the "parent/guardian" form, your caregiver will need to finalize before being able to submit.
