This winter, spread audacious joy! We're inviting you to mindfully experience and share joy this winter. Here are some ways to do it:
  • We'll have daily prompts on our private Facebook group to share your experience of audacious joy for the day.
  • Share your own audacious joy experience on social media using #audacityofjoy
  • Get your own notebook and keep a record at the end of each day.
  • Share around the table by asking "where did you see joy today?"
